What we digest, our body responds. Whether the consumption is healthy foods or loaded with unhealthy foods. The digestive system breaks down these foods into your blood stream, yet people with food sensitivity cannot break down certain foods. The food sensitivities force the body to respond, impacting the immune system causing inflammation and pain, and other symptoms. This is never your fault or the food, it is just a process of managing what foods support the body wellbeing.
